Heather Larkin is heading to Singida, Tanzania, to conduct research on the potential for increasing legume consumption in complementary foods with Youjin Chung, a PhD student in Developmental Sociology. This is a project sponsored by the McKnight foundation, with Rachel Bezner-Kerr as PI.
